Our manufacturing unit is spread to total 15000 Sq. ft. area at Ambernath ( East), Maharashtra which has been built-up on independent plot . The particular area is for only ointments/ creams/ Gel formulation manufacturing. The whole environment is extremely eco-friendly with complete hygienic conditions. The factory is designed and constructed as per WHO GMP Norms. We have provided regular pest control treatment and Pre- Construction Anti- Termide Pest Control treatment of entire factory building. Following are some advanced facilities of our product:

Electrification is done for easy energy audit.
Clean room fixture provided in all manufacturing areas.
Water proofing of entire terrace slab.

Packaging and Warehousing

The ointments, creams & Gels in allopathic medicines that we manufacture are supposed to be packed in the most protectiveness manner. The quality of the medicines are well maintained when they are well packed. Since these are required to be stored in such a manner so that they are no exposed to light and hot weather. Strong focus is given to the packaging phase of the products. We get the creams packed in proper tubes and sealed. These are further packed in cartons which are attractive in look and have all the technical details and specifications printed on them.

Further, the products are stored in well maintained and hygienic warehouse. The warehouse is kept away from light and also kept cooled. Apart from the products, the raw materials, are also kept in the warehouse. Complete cleanliness is maintained in order to prevent the medicines from various problems like insects and rodents.

Transportation

We believe in maintaining timely delivery for our products. In order to retain the trust of our clients, we consistently stress on the timely execution. But in the coarse of maintaining timeliness, we never compromise on the quality aspect . Our product are once safely packed are delivered with in the specified time by the client.
